Purple Visa Card – Spend $250 and Receive 25 Purple Dollars

Terms and Conditions relating to the Spend and Receive Purple Dollars Promotion 

1. The promotion is valid from Thursday 18 August 2022 until Thursday 15 September 2022 (the “Promotional Period”).
2. During the Promotional Period, if you are an Eligible Customer (as defined below) and you spend $250 or more using your Purple Visa Card on Eligible Transactions (as defined below), you’ll receive 25 Purple Dollars (the “Promotion”).
3. The Promotion is exclusive to cardholders who:
   a) Spend a total of $250 or more using their Purple Visa Card on Eligible Transactions during the Promotional Period, and
   b) Were the recipient of the Promotion email (“Eligible Customers”).
4. Eligible transactions are any Purple Visa transactions other than a Cash Advance, Balance Transfer, loan repayments, interest free transactions (including long-term and automatic 12 months interest free transactions), fees and interest and excludes Purple Dollar redemptions, purchase refunds or charges that are under dispute or are fraudulent (“Eligible Transactions”).
5. Account details must be up to date (including a phone number) and the account must be open and cannot be in arrears or overdue when the Promotional Period ends.
6. If eligible for the promotion, Purple Dollars will be credited to the Main Cardholder’s account within 15 business days after the Promotional Period ends.
7. The Purple Dollar credit applied to the Main Cardholder’s Card Account is not transferable, exchangeable, or refundable if the Main Cardholder closes their Card Account and cannot be redeemed for cash.
8. All decisions of SBS Money Limited are final, and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
9. Participation in this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and any other applicable terms and conditions.
10. If for any reason SBS Money Limited is unable to run the Promotion as planned, it reserves the right (in its sole discretion) to extend, postpone, amend, reschedule or cancel the Promotion at any time on the provision of reasonable notice, which shall include posting notice of the change on www.purplevisa.co.nz/spend-and-receive-25pd.
11. SBS Money Limited and any other agencies associated with this Promotion will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which may be sustained, directly or indirectly by any cardholder in connection with this Promotion, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
12. Any capitalised terms used in these Terms and Conditions but not defined shall have the meaning set out in the Purple Visa Card Terms and Conditions.
