Terms and Conditions relating to the $500 Prezzy Card Promotion
- The promotion is valid from 1 November 2024 until 31 January 2025 (the “Promotional Period”).
- To go into a draw to win a $500 Prezzy Card each month during the Promotional Period (the “Promotion“), you must:
– be a new Purple Visa Card customer who applied for, and successfully opened, a Card Account during the Promotional Period;
– Spent NZ$250 or more on a long-term interest free term using your Purple Visa Card, to pay for your domestic or international flight and/or accommodation for your next getaway with Eco Travels within the Promotional Period (the “Qualifying Transaction“);
– the Qualifying Transaction was debited against your Card Account, no later than 5 days after the Promotional Period has ended,
– ensure your Card Account is open (and not in arrears or overdue) after the Promotional Period ends, and
– not be a new Additional Cardholder (“Winner”). - Qualifying Transactions exclude any standard Purple Visa Card transactions, including auto 12 months interest free.
- All Purple Visa Card applications will be assessed in accordance with SBS Money Limited’s standard approval process. SBS Money Limited is not obliged to accept an application.
- Only 1 winner will be drawn each month for the Promotion and the random draw will take place by random electronic selection.
- If you are a Winner;
– You will receive only one $500 Prezzy Card for the first Qualifying Transaction. For the avoidance of doubt, you will not receive a $500 Prezzy Card for your second Qualifying Transaction (and any subsequent Qualifying Transactions).
– You will be notified by Eco Travels and the $500 Prezzy Card will be issued to you within 90 business days after the Promotional Period ends.
– Your Card Account details must be up to date (including a phone number, email address. It is your responsibility to ensure that your Card Account details are correct. - The Prezzy Card is non-refundable, non-exchangeable and not redeemable for cash.
- The Prezzy Card may be reversed if the Qualifying Transaction is refunded or cancelled.
- All decisions of SBS Money Limited are final, and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
- Participation in this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and any other applicable terms and conditions and relevant privacy policies or statements.
- If for any reason SBS Money Limited and Eco Travels are unable to run the Promotion as planned, it reserves the right (in its sole discretion) to extend, postpone, amend, reschedule or cancel the Promotion at any time on the provision of reasonable notice, which shall include posting notice of the change on ecotravelsonline.com/#/.
- SBS Money Limited, Eco Travels and any other agencies associated with this Promotion will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which may be sustained, directly or indirectly by any Cardholder in connection with this Promotion, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
- SBS Money Limited are the promoters and issuers of the Purple Visa Card and Eco Travels are providers of the $500 Prezzy Card. Fulfilment of the Prezzy Card is also completed by Eco Travels. SBS Money Limited accepts no responsibility for the quality of goods and services or suitability provided.
- Any capitalised terms used in these Terms and Conditions but are not defined shall have their meaning in the Purple Visa Card Terms and Conditions.
