Terms and Conditions relating to the Purple Visa Card November 2022 Birthday Promotion

1) The promotion is valid from Tuesday 1 November 2022 until Monday 7 November 2022 (the “Promotional Period”).
2) During the Promotional Period, if you provide us feedback on how we could improve eMoney or purplevisa.co.nz through purplevisa.co.nz/birthday-feedback, you will automatically go into the draw to win $700 (the “Promotion”).
3) Only 7 winners will be drawn for the Promotion and the random draw will take place on 10 November 2022 by random electronic selection.
4) If an entry is determined to be the result of an Additional Cardholder’s feedback, then the entry will be recorded against the Main Cardholder’s Card Account and the $700 won under the Promotion will be awarded to the Main Cardholder.
5) If you are the winner:
a) the credit will be applied to the Main Cardholder’s Card Account within 15 business days after the Promotional Period ends.
b) you will be notified by telephone from the details held by us on your Card Account. If you cannot be contacted within 48 hours of the draw, another winner will be drawn on the same terms as the original draw.
6) The credit applied to the Main Cardholder’s Card Account is not transferable, exchangeable, or refundable if the Main Cardholder closes their Card Account and cannot be redeemed for cash.
7) The details of your Card Account must be up to date (including a phone number and email address) and the Card Account must be open and cannot be in arrears or overdue at the time of the draw. If your Card Account has been closed, is in arrears or is overdue, you will not be eligible to win the credit and a new winner will be drawn.
8) All decisions of SBS Money Limited are final, and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
9) Participation in this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and any other applicable terms and conditions.
10) If for any reason SBS Money Limited is unable to run the Promotion as planned, it reserves the right (in its sole discretion) to extend, postpone, amend, reschedule or cancel the Promotion at any time on the provision of reasonable notice, which shall include posting notice of the change on purplevisa.co.nz/birthday-promotion
11) SBS Money Limited and any other agencies associated with this Promotion will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which may be sustained, directly or indirectly by any cardholder in connection with this Promotion, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
12) Any capitalised terms used in these Terms and Conditions but not defined shall have the meaning set out in the Purple Visa Card Terms and Conditions.
