Terms and Conditions relating to the $200 Cash Back Promotion (“Terms and Conditions”)

1. The promotion is valid from Friday 18 August 2023 until Thursday 31 August 2023 (the “Promotional Period”).
   
   
2. You will receive a $200 cash back on your Card Account (the “Promotion“) if:
   a) you spend $1,000 or more on a single Visa Eligible Transaction using your Purple Visa Card, either in-store or online at The Warehouse, Warehouse Stationery, Torpedo7, Noel Leeming or TheMarket during the Promotional Period (the “Qualifying Transaction“);
   b) the Qualifying Transaction was debited against your Purple Visa Card Account, no later than 5 days after the Promotion Period has ended;
   c) you are one of the first 300 customers to make a Qualifying Transaction during the Promotional Period; 
   d) your account details are up to date (including a phone number) and your account is open and not in arrears or overdue when the Promotional Period end; and 
   e)  you were the recipient of the Promotion email (“Eligible Customers”).
   
   
3. Eligible transaction means any Purple Visa Card transaction other than a Cash Advance, Balance Transfer, loan repayments, long term interest free transactions, fees and interest and excludes Purple Dollar redemptions, purchase refunds or charges that are under dispute or are fraudulent (“Eligible Transaction”).
   
   
4. If you meet the requirements for the Promotion in paragraph 2):
   a) you will only be credited $200 for the Qualifying Transaction; and
   b) you will be notified via eMoney and the $200 cash back will be credited to the Main Cardholder’s account within 15 business days after the Promotional Period ends.
   
   
5. You will receive the $200 cash back for your first Qualifying Transaction. For the avoidance of doubt, you will not receive the $200 cash back for your second Qualifying Transaction (and any subsequent Qualifying Transactions).
   
   
6. The $200 cash back may be reversed if the Qualifying Transaction is refunded or cancelled.
   
   
7. If an entry is determined to be the result of an Additional Cardholder’s use of their card, then the entry will be recorded against the Main Cardholder’s Card Account and the $200 cash back will be awarded to the Main Cardholder.
   
   
8. The $200 cash back applied to the Main Cardholder’s Card Account is not transferable, exchangeable, or refundable if the Main Cardholder closes their Card Account.
   
   
9. All decisions of SBS Money Limited are final, and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
   
   
10. Participation in this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and any other applicable terms and conditions.
    
    
11. If for any reason SBS Money Limited are unable to run the Promotion as planned, they reserve the right (in their sole discretion) to extend, postpone, amend, reschedule or cancel the Promotion at any time on the provision of reasonable notice, which shall include posting notice of the change on purplevisa.co.nz/200-cashback-august-23.
    
    
12. SBS Money Limited and any other agencies associated with this Promotion will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which may be sustained, directly or indirectly by any Cardholder in connection with this Promotion, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
    
    
13. Any capitalised terms used in these Terms and Conditions but are not defined shall have their meaning in the Purple Visa Card Terms and Conditions.
